UPdate 3:50 p.m. CAL FIRE Copter 301 crew performed a short haul rescue of an adult female patient and was transported to an area hospital for treatment of serious injuries.
 
CAL FIRE/Riverside County Firefighters are on scene of a remote area rescue of an injured adult female hiker in an area called "the watering hole", a destination in the hills just west of Temecula Parkway and Old Town Front Street. CAL FIRE Copter 301 is also responding. Updates will be posted as information becomes available.
