UPDATE 4/12/17 @ 9:20 p.m. - The American Red Cross has been requested to the incident to assist two adults and three children displaced by the fire.
CAL FIRE/Riverside County Firefighters responded to reports of a wall on fire in an apartment at the Noble Creek Apartments, 700 block Xenia Avenue in Beaumont. The first arriving engine company reported a multi-family dwelling with smoke showing from the exterior, and a working interior fire. Firefighters quickly contained the fire to the area of origin. Resources will remain on scene for approximately two hours.
