CAL FIRE/Riverside County Firefighters are on scene of a residential structure fire in La Quinta. The first arriving engine company reported light smoke visible from the garage of a single family home. The fire was contained at approximately 8:45 a.m.. One civilian was evaluated by paramedics for minor injuries but refused transport. The fire was contained to the garage and one vehicle. Resources will remain on scene approximately one hour.
