Final Update 10/10/2017 7:15 p.m.: Fire 100% contained and final size is 23 acres.
 
Update 3:55 p.m. Fire holding at 15 acres and is now 20% contained. Resources committed approximately three hours. No injuries reported. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
 
CAL FIRE/Riverside County Firefighters are on scene of a wildland fire on De Portola Road east of Pauba Road. The fire is approximately 10-15 acres burning in heavy fuels. Updates will be posted as information becomes available.
