11/12/2017 1:30 p.m. Update [FINAL]: All patients transported to area hospitals. California Highway Patrol is investigating the incident.
CAL FIRE/Riverside County Firefighters are on scene of a traffic collision with multiple patients with extrication involving an off road recreation vehicle and a passenger vehicle. A total of 10 patients are being assessed by firefighters and paramedics (three with serious injuries, six with minor injuries and one with moderate injuries. Updates will be posted as information becomes available.
