UPDATE 2/5/18 @ 9:11 p.m. - The fire was quickly extinguished and confined to one apartment within the complex. ** UPDATE 2/5/18 @ 9:07 p.m. - American Red Cross has been requested to assist one adult and three children displaced by the fire. ** CAL FIRE/Riverside County Firefighters responded to reports of a fire at an apartment complex located at the 12000 block of Carnation Lane in Moreno Valley. The first arriving engine company reported a two-story multi-family dwelling with heavy fire showing from the second floor. Firefighters worked quickly to contain the fire. Resources will remain on scene for approximately one hour.
