UPDATE - The fire was contained to the structure and there was minor damage to two adjacent structures. There were no injuries or displacements.
 
CAL FIRE/Riverside County Firefighters responded to reports of a residential structure fire at the 1200 block of Pomelo Drive in Desert Hot Springs. The first arriving engine company reported a single story residence well involved with fire. Updates will be posted as information becomes available.
