Current Situation

CAL FIRE/Riverside County Firefighters responded to a fire at a residential structure in Indio. First arriving units reported an outside electrical vault on fire affecting four residents at the 48500 Block of Hepburn Drive. Imperial Irrigation District is responding to repair and restore electrical service to four homes. Three of the four homes will be restored in several hours and the structure that sustained the most damage from the electrical fire/surge will be longer. Two adults were displaced but declined assistance by the American Red Cross. No injuries reported.
