Cause: Evacuation Comments: Mandatory evacuation orders issued for Holy Fire burn areas Because of an approaching storm, a mandatory evacuation order has been issued effective at 3 p.m. today (11/28) for portions of the Holy Fire burn area. Evacuations are mandatory for the Amorose, Alberhill, Glen Ivy A, Glen Eden, Grace, Horsethief A, Laguna A, Matri, McVicker A, Rice, Withrow A zones. People in these zones MUST GO NOW. Please note, the boundaries of the evacuation zones have changed from previous storms in the Holy burn area. It is critical that residents check the Post Holy Risk & Evacuation Map at http://rivcoready.org/Have-a-Plan/Flooding/Storm-Ready. Once on that page, residents should scroll down to view the maps and determine the zone in which they live and the status of that zone. A hotline also has been set up at (951) 940-6985 and an evacuation center is open at Temescal Canyon High School, located at 28755 El Toro Rd. in Lake Elsinore. Evacuees' large and small animals will be accepted at the care and reception center and at the San Jacinto Animal Campus, 581 S. Grand Ave., San Jacinto, (951) 358-7387.

Mandatory evacuation orders issued for Holy Fire burn areas

 Because of an approaching storm, a mandatory evacuation order has been issued effective at 3 p.m. today (11/28) for portions of the Holy Fire burn area. Evacuations are mandatory for the Amorose, Alberhill, Glen Ivy A, Glen Eden, Grace, Horsethief A, Laguna A, Matri, McVicker A, Rice, Withrow A zones. People in these zones MUST GO NOW.
