Cause: Evacuation Comments: [UPDATE] 12-29-18 11:50 p.m. Southern California Gas Company has mitigated the gas leak. Firefighters are working with law enforcement to repopulate the displaced residents. Mandatory evacuation for six residence on the 32000 block of Highway 74. Total of 21 people evacuated.

[UPDATE] 12-29-18 11:55 p.m. The incident has been terminated, all fire personnel are clearing the scene.  For more information, please contact the California Highway Patrol.
 
[UPDATE] 12-29-18 11:50 p.m. Southern California Gas Company has mitigated the gas leak. Firefighters are working with law enforcement to repopulate the displaced residents.
 
 
CAL FIRE/ Riverside County Firefighters responded to reports of a single vehicle rollover into a natural gas line.  Five patients from the vehicle were transported by ground ambulance to a local hospital with major injuries.  Six residences, including 21 residents, in the immediate area were evacuated do to the gas leak. The Riverside County Fire Department Hazardous Materials Team and Southern California Gas Company requested to the scene. Updates will be posted as information becomes available.
