Current Situation

UPDATE 2/14/19 @ 7:49 a.m. - The patient was transported to an area hospital by ground ambulance with minor injuries.
CAL FIRE/Riverside County Firefighters responded to a report of a person in the water near the 31000 block of Strawberry Tree Lane in Temecula. Firefighters arrived on scene and located one patient in the middle of the Temecula Creek waterway and requested a total of two Swift Water Rescue Teams. The first on scene Swift Water Rescue Team made entry into the waterway with their boat and extricated the patient. The second Swift Water Rescue Team was canceled. Updates will be posted as information becomes available.
