UPDATE: The victim was successfully rescued from the water without injury. No medical care was needed.
UPDATE: Rescuers have the victim in a boat and are working their way back to dry ground.
CAL FIRE/Riverside County Firefighters responded to reports of a vehicle stuck in a flooded roadway at Bridge Street X Central Avenue in Gilman Springs. Firefighters arrived on scene and located a single vehicle in the road with water up to the window. Rescuers have made contact with the victim.
