CAL FIRE/Riverside County Firefighters responded to reports of a person struck by lightning at Mountain View Middle School, located at 200 Cougar Way in Beaumont. Upon arrival firefighters evaluated two patients. One patient was transported to a local hospital, by ground ambulance, in stable condition. The second patient was evaluated by paramedics on scene and declined further medical treatment.
