Current Situation

[FINAL] 9/12/19 @ 7:45 pm - The fire is now 34 acres and 100% contained.  Additionally there was 1 out building also destroyed.

[UPDATE} 9/12/19 @ 7:00 pm - The fire is currently 15 acres and 0% contained and the forward rate of spread has been stopped.   A 40 foot trailer and a passenger vehicle were destroyed on the fire and a green house was damaged.  Harvill Road has been reopened.

[UPDATE] 9/12/19 @ 5:00 p.m. - Decker Road closed from Markham to its end. Harvill Road is closed between Oleander Avenue and Markham Street. Fire resources will remain on scene for approximately 2-3 hours.

 CAL FIRE/Riverside County Firefighters responded to reports of fire near the 22000 block of Redwood Drive, in Mead Valley. The first arriving engine reported a large spot of vegetation burning in a field. The fire is currently 5 acres and 0% contained, burning at a moderate rate of spread.
