Current Situation

Update 6:40 PM: The fire was contained at 6:32 PM. 10 goats perished in the fire and four cattle were injured. Resources will remain on scene for several hours for overhaul. No injuries to fire personnel or civilians. CAL FIRE/Riverside County Firefighters are on scene of a fire involving two large hay structures including 21,000 hay bales and one acre of vegetation in Moreno Valley. RSO is assisting with traffic control. Riverside Emergency Animal Rescue System also responding. Updates will be posted as information becomes available.
