<div> Morning Update 07/25/2020 7:00 a.m. - The fire is 145 acres and is now 90% contained. Change in acreage due to better mapping. Resources on scene throughout the day as they work to fully contain the fire.

[UPDATE] 7/24/20 @ 5:40 p.m. - The fire is currently 90 acres and 0% contained.

CAL FIRE/Riverside County Firefighters responded to multiple reports of a vegetation fire burning alongside Highway 60 near the Jack Rabbit Trail off ramp, in Beaumont. The first arriving fire resource reported approximately 5 acres with a rapid rate of spread. The fire is currently 20 acres. More information will be posted as it becomes available.
