Cause: Evacuation Comments: UPDATE 4:50 P.M. - All Evacuation Orders have been lifted. Road closures remain in place due to fire personnel and equipment working in the area.

Update 4/20/21 @ 9:40 P.M. - The fire was 100% contained at 5:30 P.M.
Update 4/20/21 @ 9:40 A.M. - The fire has been mapped at 23 acres and is 85% contained.
Update 9:57 P.M. - The fire is 25 acres and 70% contained. The next update will be tomorrow morning after morning briefing.
Update 4:55 P.M. - All evacuation orders have been lifted. Road closures remain in place due to firefighters and equipment working in the area. No change in acreage or containment. The fire remains 20 acres and 0% contained.
Update 4:00 P.M. - The fire is approximately 20 acres and rmains 0% contained. The forward spread has stopped, however evacuation orders remain in place. One firefighter injury reported, which was non-life threatening.
Update 2:40 P.M. - The fire is approximately 10 acres and 0% contained. Approximately 24 homes have been evacuated.
CAL FIRE/Riverside County Firefighters are on scene of a wildland fire near Gavilan Road and Bonita Road. The fire is 4-5 acres in size, burning at a rapid rate. #ChicoFIRE update: Evacuation ORDERS in place for residents: E/of Gavilan Rd, S/of Esperanza Dr, W/of Piedras and N/of Idaleona Rd. Fire remains apprx 5 acres. Updates will be posted as information becomes available.
