8/29/2021 UPDATE 3:30 P.M.: The fire remains 1,425 acres and 10% contained. Evacuation ORDERS and WARNINGS remain in place. Effective immediately, for all future updates on acreage, containment and evacuations, go to @CALFIRESANDIEGO on Facebook and Twitter.
 
Morning Update 08/29/2021 7:00 A.M. - The fire is now 1,425 acres and is now 10% contained. 1 firefighter received minor injuries and two structures were destroyed. All evacuation ORDERS and WARNINGS remain in place until further notice. Updates are posted when information is available
 
08/28/21 6:00 P.M. - the fire is now 1,200 acres and 0% contained.
 
UPDATE 4:20 pm - The fire is now 450 acres and 0% contained.

CAL FIRE/Riverside County Firefighters along with Cleveland National Forest and local government agencies are on scene of a wildland fire near Tenaja Road and the Cleveland Forest Road. The fire is 20-25 acres burning in medium to heavy fuels at a moderate rate. Multiple air and ground resources are on scene. Updates will be posted as information becomes available.
