COST RECOVERY DIVISION
 
The Riverside County Fire Department Cost Recovery Division is responsible for processing billings for an emergency response when the incident is caused
by negligence, violation of the law or an intentional act.  Any expense incurred by the Riverside County Fire Department shall be a charge imposed upon
the responsible party and shall constitute a debt of that responsible party and is collectable by the Riverside County Fire Department in the same manner
as an obligation under contract, express or implied as established by County of Riverside Ordinance 787.8, Section 5(g), 113.6 Cost recovery.

ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE DIVISION
 
The Riverside County Fire Department Accounts Receivable Division compiles and submits billing invoices to our Partner Cities, CAL FIRE, other County
Agencies, and other Outside Entities, as per their agreement entered into with the Department.  And completes detailed processing and tracking of the
received revenue and reimbursements.
