Comments:  UPDATE 03/08/2008 10:00 a.m.: CAL FIRE and Riverside County Fire Department in conjunction with Union Pacific Railroad made significant progress over night in containing and removing hazardous materials from the rail cars. The focus today will be to complete the hazardous material removal. Incident Commanders are optimistic to have all road closures lifted early this evening. The safety of the workers on this incident
