On August 8, 2004, at 4:56 PM, E-26 responded to a single-family dwelling fire.  The fire was just two blocks away from the station and it involved a few palm trees adjacent to the abandoned structure.  Even with a two-minute response time and a five minute knock down, there was still nothing left.
