In accordance with Riverside County Ordinance 533.5 the Office of Emergency Services maintains two fully-functional Emergency Operations Centers (EOC). The EOCs are the center of County-wide coordination for the response and recovery to extraordinary emergencies and disasters affecting the County of Riverside.

The Primary EOC is located within the City of Riverside, the seat of government for the County of Riverside.
