Administrative and Operations Support Functions

‚ÄčAdministration and Operations

Administrative Support Groups are responsible for the implementatiosn and management of staff functions and provide all the support functions for the Fire Department.  Administration includes: 

  • Finance
  • Personnel
  • Procurement
  • Technology
  • Materials Management

 

Operations Support Groups are responsible for front-line activities relative to emergency operations:

  • Firefighting
  • Emergency Medical Services and Support
  • Hazardous Materials Emergencies
