[UPDATE 8/7/25 12:00AM] ALL evacuation WARNINGS have been LIFTED. Please use caution when entering the area, as crews will be working through the night with equipment and resources.

Current Situation

[UPDATE 8/12/25 8:00AM] Crews remain in patrol status monitoring hot spots and working on mop up and suppression repair. Please use caution when entering the area as firefighters are still working with heavy equipment and resources.

[UPDATE 8/8/25 6:00PM]: The fire is now 95% contained and remains at 7.4 acres. Firefighters made great progress today despite high temperatures, and will continue mopping up heavy mulch piles tomorrow, 08/09.

[UPDATE 8/8/25 8:30AM] The fire is 60% and holds a 7.4 acres. Firefighters worked extensively overnight strengthening containment lines. Crews will be committed for the day monitoring hot spots and performing mop-up. Please use caution when in/around the area as heavy equipment and personnel will be working.

[UPDATE 8/7/25 12:00AM] ALL evacuation WARNINGS have been LIFTED. Please use caution when entering the area, as crews will be working through the night with equipment and resources.

[UPDATE 8/7/25 9:15PM] Fire crews walked the perimeter of the fire and determined the fire was approximately 7.4 acres and 20% contained. Crews will continue strengthening containment lines and monitoring hot spots throughout the night. No injuries reported.

The evacuation ORDER has been downgraded to WARNING for zone JUR-0031A.

The evacuation WARNING for JUR-0031B has been downgraded to NORMAL status. Please use caution when re-entering the area as crews will be working in the area overnight with equipment and resources.

There will be a road closure at Granite Hill x Boulder Dr.; Mission Blvd. x Camino Real; and Pyrite St. x Granite Hill
